What is my "Default Product?"
After your first month, you then can choose to shop in the Global MarketPlace and select items which add up to your monthly qualifications to remain "Active" and earn commissions of either $33BV* (or £23) or $99BV* (or £69).

You can simply choose the "Default Products" below which are defined as HUB's TOTAL IMPACT PRODUCTS!
What are the Benefits of selecting specific purchases each month?
The benefit is that you get to choose where and to whom you want your Impact to go to. You can choose products that benefit children in Africa, women in Afghanistan, previously incarcerated women in the United States, and more. And any products you purchase in the Compassionate Commerce section "automatically" distributes impact dollars to HUB's Impact Partner Programs, currently including Youth Action International, Pachamama Alliance and RainCatcher.
What are the Benefits of choosing the "Default" HUB's TOTAL IMPACT PRODUCTS?
The benefit to our world impact is HUGE. You are supporting the many sustainable programs already established - and growing! - with our Impact Partners that you see on our "Doing Good" website page. It is essential that programs that have already been created and are relying on HUB member support and growth to keep them running successfully impacting tens of thousands of lives! Examples would be the education packages and training for the women at Liberia's Women Empowerment Centers, the continued education programs for the Microloan groups in Kenya, the buying of equipment for and building of schools, the continued advancement of the Awakening the Dreamer Symposiums by Pachamama Alliance, etc.
What happens if I forget to choose products one month? Do I still remain "Active" and eligible for commissions?
Don't worry! If you forget to go shopping during any month, our system will "automatically" choose the HUB DEFAULT PRODUCTS! So every month your still contributing to massive impact with your purchase.
Who selects the products for the Global Marketplace? The products are selected by the HUB Global Marketplace committee which includes HUB Executive Founder, Peter Willis, HUB Ambassador of Fair Trade, Shauna Kane, and HUB Global Marketplace Manager, Marcia King.
What are the criteria for a product to be eligible for the Global Marketplace? The primary factor behind selection of products for the Global Marketplace is the positive impact a purchase will make in the world. Your product must qualify as a “force for good”, meaning there is a philanthropic component attached to the profit model of your business, providing a positive financial impact to a greater cause or to the global community. HUB looks to align with companies and individuals that honor fair trade business practices and create products that are environmentally sustainable. Your company must also comply with the established business profit and commission structure set forth within the HUB Global Marketplace compensation plan model.

. Please provide a current website that promotes your product, or include sufficient information about your product for the committee’s review. Marcia and the team will review your submissions based on the established criteria and will respond to you within a 48 hour period.
What are my delivery and payment options? Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item, plus the location where the item will be shipped. Once you have made your selection and put in your address, you will see the delivery options and costs. As far as payment, all payments are due in full by credit card unless otherwise stated.
What is the return policy for damaged or defective products? What if an item is missing from my order? Please go to your HUB website, click below on the Contact Us tab, scroll down to the OPEN TICKET section, and select HUB Global Marketplace in the pull down menu. Please provide your contact information and clearly state any details necessary for our team to research your product and get back to you with an answer or with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
How long should I expect to wait for receipt of my order? The general duration of time for the delivery of orders are as follows: USA: 5-7 days; Canada: 6-8 days; Europe or outside North America: 10-12 days.
How can I earn Commissions in the Global Marketplace?
The rules governing the level of commissions and impact is different depending on the store visited. HUB members should log into their back office under “The Training Center” for detailed information regarding earning commissions through the Global marketplace. Non-members who are interested in learning about how commissions can be earned, should contact the person that referred them to this site.
